Philly Daily, where my On Crime column appears each week, reports that the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia announced a walking tour.
“Philadelphia’s founding generation may be long gone, but some say they never really left,” the National Constitution Center stated in announcing their “Haunted History Walking Tour.”
