Sex-Crimes Prosecurtor Used In Senate Hearing Says She Would Not Bring Criminal Charges Against Judge Kavanaugh In Memo

Edmund DeMarche at FoxNews.com offers a piece on the views of the sex-crimes prosecutor who questioned both Dr. Christine Blasey Ford and Judge Brett Kavanaugh at the Senate hearing last week.

Rachel Mitchell, the sex-crimes prosecutor who questioned Dr. Christine Blasey Ford last week, wrote in a memo released late Sunday that there were inconsistencies in Ford's testimony and that-- given the information at hand-- she would not bring criminal charges against Judge Brett Kavanaugh. 

Mitchell, who was hired by the Senate Judiciary Committee to assist Republicans, addressed the letter to “All Republican Senators,” and said no senator approved the memo. She noted in the assessment that she is a Republican, but said she is not a political person.

She identified Ford's case as an example of “he said, she said,” and said her case is “even weaker than that.”

Ford, a California psychology professor, claims Kavanaugh assaulted her while at a house party in the 1980s when they were both teenagers.

Is Someone Hacking Our 7th Fleet? Navy To Investigate After USS John S McCain Collision

Are the recent U.S. Navy 7^th Fleet ship collisions due to our Navy ships being hacked by an adversary? Russia? China? North Korea? Iran?

Or are the collisions simply due to an eight-year degrade of military standards, where Obama’s top policy leaders were far more interested in forcing social change than warfighting, and sailors attended far more sensitivity and other social-awareness training than ship handling training? We shall see.

A top U.S. Navy admiral on Monday called for a swift and thorough investigation into Monday's collision of the USS John S. McCain into an oil tanker near Singapore-- marking the second deadly mishap that occurred in the Pacific in the past three months.

Adm. John Richardson ordered an operational pause in all the fleets around the world while the Navy works to determine the factors behind the collision. Richardson tweeted that the Navy will conduct a wide investigation, including a review into the possibility of "cyber intrusion or sabotage."
