Senator Lindsey Graham Defends NSA

Andrew Johnson at National Review Online offers a piece on Senator Lindsey Graham's defense of NSA.

Senator Lindsey Graham cautioned that sequestration could prevent precautionary measures such as this weekend’s embassy closings throughout the Middle East from taking place in the future.

“Sequestration has to be fixed,” the South Carolina Republican said on CNN’s State of the Union this morning. “If this happens a year from now, our intelligence community and military will be less capable.”

Graham hailed the measures as evidence that “the NSA program is proving its worth yet again.”
