Note: It should be noted that President Obama and the Democratic Congressional leaders who are pushing Obamacare do not have to sign up for the flawed program. That's like going to a restaurant and seeing an 'out to lunch' sign.

Congressmen and their staffs are exempt, as are unions and corporations who were given waivers.
