Tamm (seen in the below photo), a retired FBI special agent who worked in the
Philadelphia FBI office on the labor racketeering squad.
He investigated Frank Sheeran, the subject of
Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman, and doubts that Frank Sheeran murdered Jimmy
Hoffa and Crazy Joe Gallo.
